Founder & CEO

Lina is a seasoned HR executive who holds an MBA and CPHR designation, reflecting her commitment to excellence in human resources and talent management. With over 14 years of experience, she specializes in strategic HR and workforce planning, leveraging her education and credentials to address complex organizational challenges. She founded Elevate Talent Solutions in 2016 with the vision of helping organizations build high-performing teams that drive business results.

Lina's  experience in holistic talent management has taught her the importance of authentic connections and the impact they have on organizational success. She loves talking to people, understanding their aspirations, and aligning them with opportunities that allow them to thrive.

 

This realization has led her to focus on honing her skills and branding to better serve clients and candidates in the recruitment space. Following her passion for recruitment, Lina founded 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 in 2024 as a sister company to Elevate Talent Solutions.
